Join Celebration Lutheran Church and Chardon Polka Band for an exciting performance of a variety of gospel hymns, streamed live on Facebook to benefit SubZero Mission! SubZero Mission helps homeless stay warm during the winter months by providing hats, coats, gloves, boots, sleeping bags, new socks, tents and other warming items.
